I am an Organizational Psychologist, consultant and trainer with more than 25 years of experience working at the intersection of people, leadership, organizational development and technology.
My professional journey combines two complementary perspectives: Telecommunications Engineering and Organizational Psychology. This unique combination allows me to understand both the technical and human dimensions of organizational performance, change and transformation.
I hold a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, postgraduate studies in Organizational Psychology and doctoral studies (ABD) in Organizational Psychology at Babeș-Bolyai University.
Throughout my career, I have worked with leaders, managers, technical experts and teams across manufacturing, automotive, electronics, IT, healthcare and service industries. My work has focused on helping organizations strengthen leadership capability, improve collaboration, increase accountability and translate learning into sustainable performance.
Over the years, I have designed and delivered leadership development programs, facilitated strategic and managerial workshops, conducted organizational assessments and supported change and transformation initiatives in a wide range of operational environments.
I also served for ten years as Associate Lecturer at West University of Timișoara, teaching Organizational Psychology, Organizational Diagnosis, Strategic Human Resource Management and related disciplines. In addition, I have published articles and book chapters in the field of Organizational Psychology and presented my work at international conferences.
Throughout my career, I have worked with organizations, leaders and teams to navigate change and improve performance. Drawing on experience in consulting, facilitation, leadership development and coaching, I help people strengthen the capabilities that remain uniquely human and increasingly valuable: critical thinking, judgment, accountability, adaptability and leadership.
Today, my work focuses on Human Agency, Human-AI Collaboration and Responsible AI Adoption—helping organizations ensure that technological progress strengthens rather than diminishes human capability and responsibility.
Because while technology continues to evolve, organizational success ultimately depends on people who can think, learn, collaborate, make informed decisions and take responsibility for outcomes.
