About Me
For more than 25 years, I have helped organizations develop their people, leaders, and capabilities—both independently and in partnership with leading consulting firms.
My experience spans manufacturing, automotive, construction, IT, retail, and service organizations.
I work primarily with operational environments, where leadership is expected to deliver measurable results - not just inspire people.
My background combines Organizational Psychology with Engineering, allowing me to bridge the human and operational sides of business. This perspective helps me design practical, evidence-based development programs that are relevant both for people and for business performance. For over 20 years, through BEST Training Division, I have designed and delivered training, consulting, and organizational development projects. Through the evolvio.eu platform, I bring together leadership development, organizational consulting, assessment, and capability-building services.
My goal has never been to deliver training for its own sake. I help organizations build leaders and teams that think critically, make sound decisions, and take responsibility for their actions.
I believe the future of organizations will not be determined by how much technology they adopt, but by how well they develop people who can think, judge, decide, and act responsibly.
Throughout my career, I have designed and delivered leadership development programs, facilitated strategic workshops, conducted organizational assessments, and supported change and transformation initiatives across a wide range of operational environments.
Today, my work focuses on Human Agency, Human–AI collaboration, and the responsible adoption of Artificial Intelligence. Drawing on decades of experience in consulting, facilitation, leadership development, and coaching, I help organizations strengthen the capabilities that remain uniquely human—and increasingly valuable in the AI era: critical thinking, judgment, responsibility, adaptability, and leadership.
I hold degrees in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and Psychology, completed postgraduate studies in Organizational Psychology and Leadership, and pursued doctoral studies (ABD) in Organizational Psychology at Babeș-Bolyai University.
For ten years, I served as an Associate Lecturer at West University of Timișoara, where I taught Organizational Psychology, Organizational Diagnosis, Strategic Human Resource Management, and related subjects. I have also published articles and book chapters in the field and presented my work at international conferences.
While technology continues to evolve, organizational success ultimately depends on people who can think critically, learn continuously, collaborate effectively, make informed decisions, and take responsibility for outcomes.

My professional journey combines scientific rigor with a deep sensitivity to human experience.
I am a systemic family and couples psychotherapist, as well as a Specialist Clinical Psychologist and Supervisor. I completed my undergraduate studies in Psychology at Babeș-Bolyai University and furthered my academic training through the Master's program in Community Intervention Techniques and Skills at the West University of Timișoara. This educational path provided me not only with professional expertise but also with a broader perspective on how psychological life develops at the intersection of the individual, relationships, and social context.
My artistic education at the Sabin Drăgoi Arts High School continues to influence the way I work today. It taught me to notice nuances, attend to details, and understand that, much like a musical score, human experience cannot be reduced to a single note; it gains meaning through the way its many elements come together and relate to one another.
My psychotherapy training was completed at the Areopagus Institute for Family Therapy and Systemic Practice, where I undertook two years of foundational training followed by three years of supervised clinical practice. In addition, I completed a two-year training program in Clinical Psychology, which provided me with the competencies necessary for the assessment and comprehensive understanding of psychological difficulties.
I am accredited by the Romanian College of Psychologists as a Specialist Clinical Psychologist and Systemic Family and Couples Psychotherapist.
Prior to focusing exclusively on clinical psychology and psychotherapy, I gained more than 15 years of experience in human resources, consulting, and organizational development. This background has given me valuable insight into interpersonal dynamics, adaptation processes, professional identity, and the challenges that often accompany life transitions, career changes, and periods of personal and professional growth.
In my practice, I create a space for safety, reflection, and dialogue where individuals can gain greater clarity regarding their experiences, difficulties, and personal resources. I believe that change does not emerge from the pressure to become someone else, but from the opportunity to understand more deeply who we are and how we relate to ourselves and others.
I am committed to understanding the depth of human experience and supporting people through periods of change, challenge, and personal exploration. My aim is to accompany each person with professionalism, respect, and authenticity in their process of self-discovery and inner reorganization, providing a framework in which meaning, balance, and connection can be rediscovered at their own pace.
My goal is to gently guide people toward greater emotional balance, clarity, self-acceptance, and healthier relationships.
