About Me

• I am an Organizational Psychologist, consultant, and trainer with more than 25 years of experience working at the intersection of people, leadership, organizational development, and technology.

• My professional background combines two complementary fields: Telecommunications Engineering and Organizational Psychology. This combination allows me to understand both the technical and human dimensions of organizational performance, change, and transformation

• I hold degrees in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and Psychology, postgraduate studies in Organizational Psychology and Leadership, and doctoral studies (ABD) in Organizational Psychology at Babeș-Bolyai University

• Throughout my career, I have worked with leaders, managers, technical experts, and teams across manufacturing, automotive, electronics, IT, healthcare, and service industries. My work has focused on developing leadership capability, improving collaboration, strengthening accountability, and translating learning into sustainable performance

• I have designed and delivered leadership development programs, facilitated strategic workshops, conducted organizational assessments, and supported organizational change and transformation initiatives across diverse operational environments

• Today, my work focuses on Human Agency, Human-AI Collaboration, and Responsible AI Adoption. Drawing on experience in consulting, facilitation, leadership development, and coaching, I help organizations strengthen the capabilities that remain uniquely human and increasingly valuable: critical thinking, judgment, accountability, adaptability, and leadership.

• My professional journey combines scientific rigor with a deep sensitivity to human experience.

• I am a systemic family and couples psychotherapist, as well as a Specialist Clinical Psychologist and Supervisor. I completed my undergraduate studies in Psychology at Babeș-Bolyai University and furthered my academic training through the Master's program in Community Intervention Techniques and Skills at the West University of Timișoara. This educational path provided me not only with professional expertise but also with a broader perspective on how psychological life develops at the intersection of the individual, relationships, and social context.

• My artistic education at the Sabin Drăgoi Arts High School continues to influence the way I work today. It taught me to notice nuances, attend to details, and understand that, much like a musical score, human experience cannot be reduced to a single note; it gains meaning through the way its many elements come together and relate to one another.

• My psychotherapy training was completed at the Areopagus Institute for Family Therapy and Systemic Practice, where I undertook two years of foundational training followed by three years of supervised clinical practice. In addition, I completed a two-year training program in Clinical Psychology, which provided me with the competencies necessary for the assessment and comprehensive understanding of psychological difficulties.

• I am accredited by the Romanian College of Psychologists as a Specialist Clinical Psychologist and Systemic Family and Couples Psychotherapist.

• Prior to focusing exclusively on clinical psychology and psychotherapy, I gained more than 15 years of experience in human resources, consulting, and organizational development. This background has given me valuable insight into interpersonal dynamics, adaptation processes, professional identity, and the challenges that often accompany life transitions, career changes, and periods of personal and professional growth.

• In my practice, I create a space for safety, reflection, and dialogue where individuals can gain greater clarity regarding their experiences, difficulties, and personal resources. I believe that change does not emerge from the pressure to become someone else, but from the opportunity to understand more deeply who we are and how we relate to ourselves and others.

• I am committed to understanding the depth of human experience and supporting people through periods of change, challenge, and personal exploration. My aim is to accompany each person with professionalism, respect, and authenticity in their process of self-discovery and inner reorganization, providing a framework in which meaning, balance, and connection can be rediscovered at their own pace.
