About Evolvio

For more than 25 years, I have designed and implemented development interventions for managers, teams, and organisations across manufacturing, automotive, construction, IT, retail, and services.

I work primarily in operational environments, where leadership needs to produce results, not merely inspire. I have designed and delivered management development programmes, facilitated strategic workshops, conducted organisational assessments, and supported change and transformation initiatives.

My professional background combines organisational psychology and engineering - a perspective that helps me understand people as well as processes, systems, and operational constraints.

I am not interested in delivering training as an isolated event. I start with the organisation’s context and real challenges, using training, consulting, facilitation, and assessment as tools for creating observable change in everyday work.

Today, my work focuses on leadership, Human Agency, human–AI collaboration, and the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence. I help organisations develop managers and teams who think critically, make decisions, and act responsibly.

For more than 20 years, this work has been carried out through Best Training Division. Today, our training, consulting, facilitation, and organisational assessment services are brought together under the Evolvio - Building Human Agency for Life & Work brand.

I hold degrees in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and Psychology, completed postgraduate studies in Organisational Psychology and Leadership, and pursued doctoral studies (ABD) in Organisational Psychology at Babeș-Bolyai University.

For ten years, I was an Associate Lecturer at the West University of Timișoara, where I taught Organisational Psychology, Organisational Diagnosis, Strategic Human Resource Management, and related subjects. I have also published articles and book chapters in the field and presented papers at international conferences.

For more than 20 years, I have worked in psychology, human relationships, counselling, and organisational development. I am a systemic family and couple psychotherapist and a specialist and supervising clinical psychologist, accredited by the Romanian College of Psychologists.

I work with adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families, providing psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and support during periods of change, difficulty, or personal exploration. My experience includes working in multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with psychiatrists.

My training in systemic psychotherapy helps me understand individual difficulties within the wider context of each person’s relationships, experiences, and environment. I have also completed training in clinical psychology, DBT, hypnotherapy, and Circle of Security Parenting®.

Before dedicating myself to clinical practice and psychotherapy, I gained experience in human resources, consulting, and organisational development. This background gives me a broad perspective on relationships, professional identity, and the challenges associated with life and career transitions.

In my practice, I create a safe space for reflection and dialogue, where each person can look at their experiences, difficulties, and resources with greater clarity. I believe that change does not emerge from the pressure to become someone else, but from the opportunity to understand more deeply who we are and how we relate to ourselves and others.

I aim to accompany each person with professionalism, respect, and authenticity throughout their process of self-discovery and inner realignment. I provide a framework in which meaning, balance, and connection can be rediscovered at their own pace, helping people develop greater clarity, self-acceptance, and healthier relationships.

I accompany people with care and respect as they seek to understand themselves more deeply, reconnect with their resources, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
